Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, correct pricing or product-description errors, and make product changes when necessary.
If an order must be canceled or adjusted after payment has been processed, we will contact you using the information provided with the order.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Subscriptions
You can subscribe to eligible products for recurring delivery every week, every 2 weeks, every month, every 2 months or every 3 months. Each subscription order is charged automatically to your saved payment method on its renewal date until the subscription is cancelled. We email you a reminder 3 days before each renewal.
Each subscription has a minimum of two deliveries. After your second delivery, you can pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. You can update your payment method and delivery address at any time.
Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. Please review those policies before placing an order.
CBD Products
CBD products and CBD bundles are subject to shipping restrictions. We do not ship CBD products to Idaho, Colorado, or Wyoming. By placing an order, you confirm that the shipping address provided complies with applicable laws and restrictions.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, logos, graphics, product names, and designs—is owned by or used with permission by True Pet Kitchens and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
